Here I am teching a seminar in Canada, Hearst, Ontario.
I am demonstrating a knife defence from the front stab.
I was privileged to train that day with some real players in Karate and I think its beautiful when different arts can come together to add to their game.
A lot of people have varied views on knife defences but to me its quite straight forward.
Fight it at full speed and see if it works!!
So that does not mean listen to me because I am the Instructor, then trust me that it works

Big words, but follow this with what ever you do in your life and the answer will be there waiting for you.
Before you can pass the weapons level in our system you have to wear a full combat suit and attack and defend against an opponent. Attacking is a great way to see the weaknesses in other peoples defence and this you can learn from when you have to defend.
You can not hide here but you will soon see what does and does not work.
